d) Installing the stand
Install and secure the stand (table clamp and telescopic tube) as follows:
1. Screw the vice of the table clamp (18) to a work/table top of a suitable thickness with the rod holder pointing
upwards.
2. Screw the threaded piece on the telescopic tube into the upper or lateral thread hole on the rod holder.
3. Hang the metal handle on the multi-purpose tool to the bent hook on the top of the telescopic tube.
4. The height of the stand can be adjusted using the telescopic tube. Turn the tube to set the desired position.

Connecting the flexible shaft to the multi-purpose tool
1.
Pull the drive shaft of the flexible shaft out of the protective sleeve slightly and insert it into the collet chuck / holder
on the multi-purpose tool.
2. Insert the shaft securely into the holder on the main spindle (A). Then screw it to the multi-purpose tool using the
union nut.
3. If it becomes loose and runs without the attachment, the square (inside and outside) will be cut off and the shaft
holder/shaft will become unusable.
e) Notes on working with the multi-purpose tool
• When working on the workpiece, only touch the end/handle of the shaft (tool holder).
• After heavy use, let the power tool run idle for a few minutes to cool the engine.
• The grinding and cutting discs become very hot during use. Do not touch them until they have cooled down.
•
Do not use the multi-purpose tool near flammable materials. Sparks may ignite these materials. The sparks are
very hot and can also cause injury.
• Make sure that the grinding tool touches the workpiece at an angle of approx. 15 ° to 30 °. Move it slowly.
Do not apply excessive pressure to the tool. For optimal grinding and cutting results, apply a small amount
of pressure to the tool. Excessive pressure will damage the grinding tool and may cause serious injury.
