5-5-1. Rack-In-Rotor
CAUTION
Check the type of the rotor and rack before
use to ensure the correct combination is set.
●
Otherwise, it may cause damage to the
instrument. Please refer to the table of “Rotor
Rack Compatibility for Rack-in-Rotor” in this
Operator's Manual for proper combination.
Never run the MX-307, 207 and 107 with the
rack sticking out the rotor.
●
Otherwise, the rack may come off during
spinning.
Before loading the rotor, ensure that no water drop or foreign material is inside the tube hole.
Place sample tubes symmetrically about the rotor axis while balancing the volume of the
tubes opposite one another.
Check the rotor for water drop or foreign material.
Install the rack by centering it over the rotor and lowering it straight down until it is seated
on the bottom.
Make sure that the rack is properly seated in the rotor so that no rack is sticking outside the rotor.
