使用上の注意
１．仕様上のトルク調整範囲内でご使用ください
調整範囲外ですと精度不良となったり、特に高い場合耐久性
が低下することがあります。
２．使用前に必ずトルク値を確認してください
注文時に指定トルクがある場合、御指示されたトルク値に
セットしておりますが、作業前に確認してからご使用ください。
３．トルク単位を間違わないよう確認してください
４．トルクレンチは水中や海中で使用しない
内部構造に劣化が生じ、事故や怪我の原因となることがあり
ます。
もしトルクレンチを水中や海中に落としてしまったら、点検
や修理を受けてください。
５．六角棒レンチはボルトの六角対辺寸法に合ったものを使う
合わないものを使用すると、事故や怪我の原因となることが
あります。
６．有効線上を握ってトルクを掛けてください
有効線上を握らないと正しいトルク値が得られません。
７．「カチン」音がしたら締め付けをやめてください
「カチン」音後更に力を加えるとオーバートルクとなります。
８．トルクレンチ使用時には周囲を整理整頓してください
周囲の物に手や肘をぶつけ、怪我の原因となることがありま
す。
９．トルクレンチをハンマーやテコのかわりに使用しない
ヘッドやチューブが変形すると作動不良を起こし精度に悪影
響を与えます。
１０．定期点検を必ず実施する
トルクレンチは測定器です。定期点検・日常点検により精度
の確認を行ってください。
１１．加力方向に注意する
力をかける方向はトルクレンチを直角に。上下左右とも±
１５°以内にする。
１２．使用後はゴミ・ホコリ・ドロ・油・水分等の汚れを取り
除いて保管してください
汚れがついたまま保管すると、作動不良・精度不良の原因と
なり事があります。
１３．長期間使用しない場合はトルク調整範囲の下限に設定し、
防錆油を塗布して乾燥した場所に保管してください
保管方法が悪いと精度劣化や耐久性低下の原因となることが
あります。
Directions for use
1.Use tool only within the adjustable torque range
Using beyond this range may result in accuracy failure and
deterioration of durability especially when setting over the
highest torque range.
2.Make sure to check the torque value before use.
If you select torque at the time of your purchase, the wrench
will be set for the requested value before delivery. However,
we advise you to check it before use.
3.Be careful not to mix up the torque measurements (Nm,
kgf.cm, lbf.in, etc)
4.Do not use it in water or in the sea.
It may cause deterioration in the internal mechanism, and lead
to accident or injury. If you drop it in water or sea by accident,
please have it inspected or repaired.
5.Please select a hex wrench which corresponds to the bolt
size.
Using an unsuitable one may cause accident or injury.
6.Please grip the handle within the effective-length mark to
apply the right torque.
If you grip outside the effective-length mark, applied torque
may not be accurate.
7.Please stop tightening at the “click” sound.
If you continue after the sound, excessive torque will be
applied.
8.Please clean up the surroundings when using the wrench.
Using it in disorganized conditions, you may hit the
surroundings and cause injury.
9.Do not use the wrench as lever or hammer.
Doing so may deform the head and tube, which will cause
quality deterioration.
10.Please conduct periodic check on the wrench.
Torque wrench is also a calibrator. Please maintain accuracy
by periodic/daily check-up.
11.Apply force in correct direction
Force must be applied at right angle to the torque wrench in
the horizontal. Please keep the angle within ± 15 degrees of
the right angle in all direction.
12.Please wipe off the dust, dirt, grease, water, etc, after
your use and before you store it.

13.If the wrench must be stored for a long period without
use, please set the torque value to the minimum, apply rust-
proof oil and store it in a dry place.
Insuffi cient storing conditions may decrease product durability
and accuracy.
