MAINTENANCE MENU
1
MACHINE INFO displays the following:
MODEL NUMBER
SERIAL NUMBER
DATE OF MANUFACTURE
SOFTWARE VERSION
DATE OF LAST CALIBRATION
TESTS RAN- the total number of tests run on the instrument since its date of
manufacture.
2 FACTORY RESET
will reset all parameters to factory defaults, delete all results, and
delete all saved test methods except
the “D 1894” one.
3 DIAGNOSTICS
The diagnostics menu displays useful instrument feedback such as:
Raw ADC
–
gives the load cell counts.
Load cell
–
gives the force being applied to the load cell in grams-force.
Speed
–
gives the speed of the lead screw in rpm.
USB
–
displays whether a device is properly connected or not
This menu will also display the current state of the limit switches and button.
