EtherCAT® is a registered trademark and patented technology, licensed by Beck-
hoff Automation GmbH, Germany.
A separate manual is delivered with the gauge describing the use of the EtherCAT
interface.
Hence, the description on the following pages refers to parameters
accessible via RS485.
