Install the caster wheels (Optional)

Screw the caster into the holes in the centers of the leg pads. Install the casters that have a locking brake
under the front of the unit.
4.
Lower unit gently onto a level surface. Never drop or allow the unit to fall.

Use a level to make sure that the range surface is level. The casters can be screwed in or out to lower or
raise each corner of the range. After the unit has been leveled, tighten the lock nuts.

Install the Flue

Install the flue at the back of the unit by pushing it down, while fitting and aligning on both
sides.
Flue

Remove the Flue from the packaging.
Then, remove all protective film from the flue.

Raise unit sufficiently to allow the plates and caster wheels to be attached.
For safety, “shore
up” and support the unit with an adequate blocking arrangement strong enough to support the
load.
2.
Attach the four leg pads to the bottom of the
range using the lock washers and machine screws.
The mounting
holes are pre-drilled and threaded.
A set of four caster wheel is packed with units ordered with casters (Optional choice instead of
feet.)
A threaded plate is fastened to the base frame at each corner. Each caster has a corresponding
mating thread.
The caster wheel can be adjusted to overcome a slightly uneven floor.
Caster
wheels are provided with a Zerk fitting for proper lubrication required.
