Pressing the Top Up TV button on your remote control or moving the yellow
highlighter to the bottom of the Programme Guide using the down arrow button will
enable you to view the programmes available.

Then simply use the left and right arrow buttons to
scroll through the Top Up TV channels. A pop-up
will appear for each channel displaying the
programmes available to watch. Use the up and
down arrow buttons to scroll through the list and
just press O
