• Parking the product on slopes should be avoided.
• Intense sunlight and heat can lead to high surface temperatures on the product. As a result, there is a risk of injury
when touching the product. Only use the product once it has cooled down enough. In general, try to protect the
product from direct sunlight.
• Do not expose the gas springs to high pressure or temperatures.
• If there is a serious and unexpected accident with the product, please inform our company immediately and the

The Q-Chassis is a class 1 medical device.
In combination with the right seat unit the product can be used for walking indoors only. It is suitable to be used at
home, kindergarten, and school. The elevated seat position and seat and angle adjustability help the user participate
and be active in daily life. The adjustments can be made easily by way of gas suspensions. The chassis in combination
with a suitable seat unit should not be weighed down with addition loads.
Any use that goes above and beyond this does not comply with the intended use.
Indication / Patient Target Group / Intended Users
The product helps children change locations and sitting positions who have significant to complete mobility impairment
and functional injury to the lower extremities. In addition, the indications / target groups for each seat unit should be
noted.
Risks Associated with Use and Contraindications
If used properly, risks can be eliminated during use. There are no known contraindications.
Product Description
Scope of Delivery
Your product is delivered with the standard equipment and comes preassembled. Any accessories ordered along with
the product are included and have to be assembled subsequently. A copy of the Instructions for Use is enclosed with
the product.
Standard Equipment
Comfortable and stable indoor base; height and seat tilt-in-space adjustment by gas spring; easy adjustment by foot
release; 4 swivel castors for better steering comfort, 2 of them with brakes (rear)
Putting into Service
• Carefully remove the transport protection and the packaging.
• Keep the packaging material and small parts out of the reach of children to prevent swallowing or choking.
• The product is delivered folded. Note the remarks for folding found in the section on adjustment options.
• Loosen the locking pin at the foot pedal and lock it by doing a quarter turn. You can now adjust the seat height and,
if necessary, the seat tilt-in-space. (Fig. 4-6)
