High Temp Safety Thermostat:
Located on the front control panel, this thermostat
is set by the operator to turn off the heating element, should the temperature control fail in
an “on” state. There is indicating light adjacent to the thermostat to indicate when the
thermostat is tripped. The thermostat is not the manual reset type and will revert to normal
operation when the temperature falls below the setting.

Fan Switch:
This switch turns the circulating fan speed to low in position
“0”
and high in position
“1”
.
OPERATION:

Locate the oven as previously described and plug the lead into the power point. Do
not turn on the power yet.

Adjust the shelf positions to suit your storage needs by moving the shelf clips
provided.

Changing the temperature:
•
Turn on the “Power” switch. The circulating fans will run immediately, and the
temperature will go through a short “warm up” before displaying the set temperature
(SP) on the lower display and the oven temperature on the top display (PV).

Use the
arrow to “highlight” the digit on the set temperature to be altered.
•
Use the
or
arrows to increase or decrease the value.
•
Press the
button to enter the new temperature. The display will stop
“flashing” when the new temperature is accepted.
•
Note:
As mentioned previously, the temperature control has an in-built “Over temperature”
alarm that turns off the heating element if the oven rises above the set temperature by
more than 3ºC. The indicating light “EV2” will be on during an alarm.

Setting the duration timer:
•
Use the
button to scroll through the series of operator level displays that are
available.
•
Pressing the
button once allows the operator to see the power output level
being used to heat up the oven. When the temperature control first starts to heat the
heat output level will be 100%, but as it nears the set temperature the output %
level will reduce. Please note that there are no operator adjustable parameters in
this display (see picture below).
