5. Be sure to write the return number on the box or in the return papers.
Please include the name and phone number of the person who should be
contacted with the final repair price.
6. When R&P service personnel receive your instrument, they will repair
and calibrate the unit. They will determine a final repair price and contact
you with this information.
7. As soon as R&P receives your purchase order for the repair, R&P service
personnel will return your system.

The following instructions explain how to return merchandise to Rupprecht &
Patashnick Co., Inc. when shipping within the Continental US. It is important that
R&P receives and repairs defective exchanged items in a timely manner.
