This allows shipping time
so the warranty will go into ef
fect at approximately the same time your equipment is delivered.
The warranty protection
extends to any subsequent owner

During the first thirty-six (36) months, component p
art
s proven to be non-conforming in material or workmanship will be
replaced at
Thermo’
s expense, including labor
. Inst
allation, calibration and certification is not covered by this warranty
agreement.
The

echnical Services Dep
artment must be cont
acted for warranty determination and direction prior to perform-
ance of any rep
airs. Expendable items, glass, filters and gasket
s are excluded from this warranty
.
Replacement or rep
air of component p
art
s or equipment under this warranty shall not extend the warranty to either the
equipment or to the component p
art beyond the original warranty period.
The

prior approval for return of any component or equipment.
At

s must be returned to

aid and replacement p
