Storage Conditions and

Preparation of the Working

Solution

All buffers and reagents included in the KingFisher Plant

DNA Kit can be stored at room temperature (20–25°C)

and are stable for up to one year from the manufacturing

date. The buffers are ready for use.

To prepare the RNase A enzyme for the Thermo Scientific

KingFisher Plant DNA Kit (Cat. No. 97050196), add

1.25 ml of DNase-free water to the RNase A vial. Store at

+4°C in aliquots.
