6-6 A Guide to Using DCS4 Access Control Workstation Thermo Fisher Scientific
If the Same Task for Escort/Escortee option is enabled in the
System Setup
(see A Guide to Using DCS4 Data Management
and Reporting Ref No. EPD/MHB/61066/000) , it is not possible
to Transfer onto a new Task for the Escort or escorted Worker.
The following error message will be displayed:
If Same Task for Escort/Escortee is disabled, the system will
prompt for the Escort’s details as follows:
The Escort enters their
Primary ID according
to the System Setup
(see Notes regarding
Worker ID input).
If the Escort's Primary ID is entered through the keypad, the
following screen will appear echoing the characters as they are
typed in:
Note: The System Administrator can disable the keypad entry
of the Primary ID.
