Problem

Causes

Solution

Still will not operate.

Cartridge expended. Red light

burned out. Relay contacts
open. No power

Change cartridge. Check light

& replace. If operational, clean
contacts. If not, replace. Check
fuse.

No green light.

Green light burned out.

Check & replace.

Still on with red light on

demineralizer.

Relay contacts closed. Input

jack not plugged in.

Check and replace relay.

Check and reconnect jack.

Both lights on,or good lights

will not light, or erratic light
operation.

Printed circuit board.

Replace.
