40001 Read Only I Coast count = Number of pieces of metal counted
since the last time the detector was
RESET.
40002 Read Only I T otal count = T otal number of pieces of metal
detected.
40003 Read Only I Received signal = Amplified and filtered signal
derived from the receiver coil. T he metal
detection algorithm depends on the amplit ude of
this signal.
40004 Read/Write I F ine sens itivity used to determine whether metal
is present.
40005 Read/Write I Clip sensit ivity used to determine whether metal is
present when clip detection is active.
40006 Read/Write I Clip delay = Lengt h of belt to let pass the
detection area when clip detection is active.
40008 Read/Write I Bar length = Maximum length of the bar/rod.
40009 Read/Write I Belt speed = Entered belt speed if no speed input
is present.
It is the actual belt speed if a speed sensor is
present.
T he units are feet /minute or meters/minute,
depending on the units implied by the operator
during automatic calibration.
40010 Read/Write I T imed delay in seconds. T he number stored in
this register is divided by 10.
40011 Read/Write I T imed duration in seconds. T he number stored in
this register is divided by 10.
40012 Read/Write I Material code = Code ranging from 0 to 7 used to
select the window timing that controls the time
delay from the coil excitation phase to the data
sampling phase.
0 - Minimum delay
7 - Maximum delay
40013 Read/Write I Coarse sensitivit y = Amount of amplificat ion
applied to the signal from the receiver coil.
0 - Minimum gain
7 - Maximum gain
40014 Read/Write I Clip sensit ivity = Amount of amplification applied
to the signal from the receiver coil when clip
detection is active.
