Orion Star Series Meter

Operational Overview

3.  The UP & DOWN arrow keys:

 

d.   Changes the measurement mode within the selected line in measurement. 

(such as from TDS to Resistivity measurement on the selected  
Conductivity line)

 

e.  Changes the options for the selected line in Setup, Methods & Log View.

 

f.   Edits the value of the flashing digit of numbers in Setup, Password entry,  

and Calibration.

4.  The DECIMAL/DIGIT key changes the selected digit to edit and moves the 

decimal point when editing numbers in Setup, Password entry, & Calibration.

5.  The LOG key enters the LOG View & Download Screens.

6.  The CALIBRATE key starts a Calibration for the currently selected line and 

measurement mode.

 

g.   So if the Arrow is pointed to line 1 (Top Line) and the current units on that 

line is pH, then pressing the CALIBRATE key will start a pH Calibration.

 

h.   Each time the CALIBRATE key is pressed in the calibration it will accept the 

current point calibration value and move to the next calibration point until the 
maximum number of calibration points is performed, then it will return to 
measurement mode.

7.  The SETUP key will enter the SETUP menu starting with the SETUP for the 

currently selected line and measurement mode.

 

i.    So if the Arrow is pointed to line 1 (Top Line) and the current units on that 

line is for ISE or no units are displayed, then pressing the SETUP key will 
enter the ISE setup screen.
