Troubleshooting Guide

Refer to the electrical and hydraulic schematics.

The toggle switch on the remote contro

l lever must always be in the “ON” position while pulling in

or paying out.

If the Emergency-Stop is pressed (or if the limited value of the measuring system

– pulling force

and length

– are exceeded and the winching operation is stopped), the remote winch lever must

be set back to center or zero position to allow a restart of the winching operation.

If problems occur with the KPR 2000 control system, refer to that system manual.
