The NBS90 PolySort conveyor is designed to ALWAYS be supported at the bed joints. For ceiling 

hanging applications, an NBS90 PolySort ceiling hanger kit MUST be used at the bed joints as shown 

in the diagrams below. The end pulley and drive beds show connection locations for the specific ceiling 

hanger kit designed for those locations. Along with the ceiling hangers, cross bracing is required for all 

hangers. This ceiling hanging method provides the lateral conveyor rigidity. 
 

Deviation from this ceiling hanging requirement will void the warranty of the NBS90 PolySort.
