4.6 Local Software Reset
A Local Software Reset signal may be used to reset the on board local logic.
The local reset is active during PCI reset or if the PCI Adapter Software Reset bit is set in the Miscellaneous
Control Register CNTRL (offset 0x50) in the PCI Controller Register Space.
CNTRL[30] PCI Adapter Software Reset:
Value of 1 issues a reset to the local logic. The local logic remains in this reset condition until the PCI Host
clears the bit. The contents of the PCI Controller Configuration Registers are not reset.
