Solution
When
connecting
a USB
device, “Not
supported”
appears on
the display.
The file format of the USB
device is not supported. The
KB 62 CR supports the FAT16
and FAT32 file systems.
Use a USB device with a suitable
file system.
USB device
is not recog-
nised.
The rear USB port
(20)
is
used, which is only intended
for the supply of power/
charging.
Only use the front USB port
(14)
to play back audio files.
The power consumption of
the connected USB device is
too high (> 1 A).
Connect an additional power
supply to the USB device.
The
subwoofer
hums.
The KB 62 CR is connected to
a different power circuit from
the rest of the system.
Connect the KB 62 CR to the
same power circuit.
The hum is due to line distur-
bance.
Buy a line filter and connect all
devices to it.
The humming is caused by a
multiple socket strip.
Use a different multiple socket
strip or connect the KB 62 CR
directly to the wall socket.
Playback is
noisy.
Generally speaking, the
KB 62 CR is a very low-noise
system. A device with very
high resolution in the high
range area can expose the
poor quality of a signal source
(e.g. from MP3 files).
Make sure that the external
player emits a clear signal to the
KB 62 CR.
