USB Mode
Your KB 62 CR has two USB ports,
each supplying 5 volts with 1 amp
(also in standby):
• The back USB CHARGER port (20)
serves solely to supply power or
charge USB devices and cannot
read any data.
• The front port (14) can read USB
memory sticks and USB hard drives
with the specifications 1.0 to 3.0 in
the FAT16/FAT32 format and play
back music files saved on it in the
MP3, M4A and WMA formats.
Connecting and playing
back a USB device
1. Use the USB button (2/32) to select
the USB device as the source.
2. Insert the plug of your USB device
into the USB port (14) . The plug
only fits the jack in one orientation.
3. The KB 62 CR will read the USB
device. The message “Reading
Files” will appear on the display.
After a short time, the number of
readable files will be shown.
If no readable files are found on the
USB stick, “No Files” will appear on
the display.
