Loosening the air conditioning compressor (view: fan side) 

 

Replacing the V-belt pulley

  Loosen the lower fastening (2) on the air 

conditioning compressor (1).

Loosening the air conditioning compressor (view: starter side;

  Loosen fastenings (1) and (3) on the sup-

port (4) as well. 

ƒ

  Swivel the air conditioning compressor 

against the engine so that the tension on 
the V-belt (2) is released. 

ƒ

  Remove the V-belt.

Replacing the V-belt pulley (view: fan side; from below)

  Remove the fastening screws (2) on the V-

belt pulley (1) and remove the V-belt pul-
ley. 

ƒ

  Clean the mountery surface.
