V-belt pulley fastening
Installing the V-belt pulley
Clean and degrease all joining points of
the V-belt pulley (1), clamping chuck (2),
and shaft journal (3). Coat the bolts (4)
with a thin film of oil.
Place the clamping chuck (2) in the V-belt
pulley (1) and screw in the bolts (4) lightly.
Then push it onto the shaft journal (3) until
the V-belt pulley is positioned approxi-
mately at the center of the shaft journal.
Tighten the bolts (4). Torque: 31 Nm.
After placing into operation, check the
tightening torque.

Moving / replacing the eyebolt
Replacing the eyebolt (13 kW generator
only)
The eyebolt must be removed for this type of
generator, otherwise the shielding plate to be
assembled later may rest at that point.
Unscrew the eyebolt.
To secure the nut, screw in a bolt
M8×12 mm loosely, push to the left (1)
and tighten.
Moving the eyebolt (17 kW generator only)
The eyebolt must be removed for this type of
generator, otherwise the shielding plate to be
assembled later may rest at that point.
Loosen the eyebolt, move it to the left (1)
and tighten it.
