Known Issues



For all Version TS/Video or TS/audio may crash the ENC-300. Please use only TS



Some RTMP Destinations have long ‘stream name’ like Facebook. Please use the Advance
Mode for them.



Version 6.12_w112 and 6.14 and lower after Hardware factory reset, password could not be
changed.
Workaround: also made a Software factory reset.



Version 5.17_w96 System/Time the Save button is missing.



Version 5.17_w96 when using FEC the Destination Website could be become unusable.
Please upgrade



Version 1.03_w12 the resolution 1280x720p with the frequencies of 30Hz, 29.97Hz and 25Hz
are not supported.



Version 0.9.105_w07 the TTL has a fix value of 32



A range of ENC-

300™™ boards have no series resistor at the GPI-A Input. The listed serial

numbers below specify the ENC-

300™™ boards, which have no series resistor at the GPI-A

Input. At these listed boards a series resistor of 380 Ω is mandatory, when you want to feed
the GPI-A Input with an input voltage. At all other ENC-

300™™ boards, which are not listed

here, the GPI-A Input has an integrated series resistor and therefore here is no series resistor
needed.
