Warranty
You have purchased a high-quality
product. TEPRO GARTEN GmbH offers
a warranty for their products within the
scope of the warranty terms, for normal,
recreational, and non- commercial use for
24 (twenty-four) months from the date of
purchase for all parts in regard to defects
and manufacturing flaws.
Excluded from the warranty are all wear
parts, like grill grates, coal grates, or
burners, as well as unevenness and
discoloration of the enamel, peeling paint
caused by burned-in fat, and slight
corrosion, for example surface rust. All
other expenses like labor, transport,
freight, and packaging in a warranty claim
will be charged to the buyer.
The distributor reserves the right to bear
any costs incurred himself or to charge
them to the buyer.
