TROUBLESHOOTING
If your
MYND
device is not working
properly, please check the following:
Problem
Possible
causes
Solution
The white
LEDs do not
turn on
Flat battery.
Charge
battery. See
section 6.1.
No
sensation
Intensity is not
strong enough.
Increase
strength.
Sudden
change in
sensation
If you remove
the device and
reapply a few
minutes later,
the signal should
feel a lot
stronger.
Always return
strength to
zero or turn
the device off
before
removing the
device from
the forehead.
