250- /500- / 1000 HOURS MAINTENANCE

The maintenance items mentioned in this section apply to the 250, 500 and 1000 hour
services. The maintenance items for each service can be found in the maintenance schedule in
Section 3. The original manufacturer documentation for the engines is included.

1.

Weekly maintenance

- All the tasks described in section 4 should be carried out

2.

Motor oil and filter

- Replace the engine oil and engine-oil filter
Use SAE 10W/400 oil
- Check the oil levels again after the engine has been running for about 1 minute

3.

Fuel filter

- Check the fuel filter
Replace the fuel filter if necessary

4.

Lubrication point

- See maintenance schedule

5.

Suction mouth and suction-mouth rubbers

- Check the suction mouth and the suction-mouth rubbers
Replace the suction-mouth rubbers if necessary

6.

Suction-mouth wheel

- Check the suction-mouth (guide) wheel
Replace the suction-mouth (guide) wheel if necessary

7.

Pedal system

- Check that the buzzer is audible during reversing

8.

Fan

- Check the fan
Clean the fan if necessary

9.

Radiator and intercooler

- Check the radiator and intercooler for damage or pollution
If necessary clean the radiator and intercooler with a high-pressure cleaner or air gun

Caution, do this operation in opposite direction of the fan
