The naviPlay remote does not power on or respond to button presses.
Make sure the HOLD switch is unlocked on the remote.
No audio is heard from the naviPlay remote.
Make sure your iPod, naviPlay adapter and remote are all on and connected. Check the status
light on the naviPlay adapter and remote. Verify that the naviPlay adapter and remote are within
range of each other. Check the volume on the naviPlay Remote. Verify that the iPod is outputting
audio by plugging your headphones directly into the iPod's headphone jack.
Audio suddenly stops.
The remote may be out of range from the adapter. The audio streaming should resume once you
move back into range within three minutes.
