8.6.3 How to know Auto tune has done:
Whenever ‘AUTO TUNE’ is ‘ON’ there will always be a rolling message ‘AUTO
TUNE’ on display of controller. When the display is not showing this continues message
it means Auto tune is complete.
8.7 Offset:
If in any case furnace and master readings are not matched, then given Process is to be
Followed.
1. Press first key from the left until ‘level 3’ appears on the screen, then relieve this
key.
2. Controller displays’ CODE’, with the help of up arrow key select ‘CODE 3’ by
pressing enter key.
3. Press the first key from left several times until ‘CAL’ appears on the screen.
4. Press enter key.
5. Controller displays [IDLE U CAL].
6. Press up arrow key, controller displays [LO U CAL].
7. Press Enter key.
8. At this point set the desired offset at the lower limit of the furnace with the help of
Up or down arrow key. Wait for a while until the value entered blinks. This means
Offset is set at this value.
9. Controller displays ‘CAL’.
10. Press Enter key.
11. Press up arrow key twice.
12. Controller displays [HIGH U CAL]
13. Repeat step 8, but this time at upper limit of furnace.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
The controller's function settings are preset and will not require adjustment.
