6. SOFTWARE INTERFACE 

The host serial I/O port (UART, I

2

C, or SPI) supports full duplex communication between the 

receiver and the user. 

The default UART configuration is: NMEA, 9600 bps, 8 data bits, no parity, 1 stop bit. 

Two protocols are available for command input and data output: 

 

 

NMEA Output Messages

  1 Hz fix rate. Maximum is 10 Hz.
