Door intercom system
does not dial a tele-
phone
You have forgotten to
configure a flash pulse
before the internal call
number or ** in the call
number saved for the
bell pushbutton
Configure the door in-
tercom system in ac-
cordance with the op-
erating instructions of
the respective PBX sys-
tem. It may be neces-
sary to connect an
analogue telephone as
a test instead of the
door intercom system
and check what has to
be dialled in order that
the desired telephone
rings
Wrong call number pro-
grammed
Display is difficult to re-
cognise
The selected colours of
the bell pushbuttons and
the bell pushbutton let-
tering are too similar so
that there is no contrast
present and the lettering
can no longer be read
Ensure that the colour
contrast between the
button colour and the
lettering colour is high
enough that the letter-
ing is easily legible
Display is too dark
Increase display bright-
ness
Call forwarding to mo-
bile telephone does not
work
Your door intercom sys-
tem is not authorised to
carry out outward calls
Observe the operating
instructions of the tele-
phone system. Check
the direct outward dial-
ling for the analogue
extension line of the
door intercom system
It is possible that a "0"
has to be pre-dialled on
your telephone system in
case of an outward call
Change the call num-
ber for call forwarding
in the door intercom
system accordingly
