5. Bolt the brackets onto the Nokia gland plate, 

as shown.

6. Slip the gland plate assembly into the head. 

7. Use the 10-32 screws to secure the assembly.

Make sure the plate faces toward the back, 
as shown.

8. Route the cables based on your site requirements.
