To answer the incoming call
Incoming Call Notification
Muted ringing while you are on a call indicates an incoming call. If another call comes in
during the first call, you can release, transfer, or place the call on hold, then answer the second
call.

Calling a Forwarded [DN]
When you call a [DN] that is forwarded (
