Measure the power:

Measure the power and record it as Pm0.

Set the signal generator amplitude to 0 to --40 dBm in 10 dB steps to

measure the power as Pm1 to 5.

Get the level linearity Pfx (x = 1 to 5) as:

Pfx = (Pmx -- Pm0) -- (Prx -- Pr0)
