This routine allows a GPIB controller to obtain boot ROM and system RAM
information over the GPIB.

To initiate this routine, the GPIB controller sends the TESt? query over the
GPIB. The 371B responds by running its boot ROM and system RAM diagnos-
tic routines and returning boot ROM and system RAM information to the
controller as follows:

TEST ROM 000X, RAM:YYYY

Refer to TESt? command description in the 371B User manual for additional
information.
