1.2 General dangers if the safety instructions are not followed
Load pins made by tecsis are manufactured in accordance to the latest
state of technology and are safe during operation. However, the load
pins can be the source of residual danger if they are used or operated
improperly.
Any person who is entrusted to install, start up, maintain or repair a load
pin must have read and understood the operating instructions, particu-
larly the technical safety instructions.
1.3 Residual dangers
The performance and scope of delivery of the load pin only covers a
sub-area of force measuring technology. The technical safety aspects
of force measuring technology must also be planned and implemented
by the system planner / equipper / operator in such a way that residual
dangers are minimized. The existing regulations must be complied with.
Residual dangers associated with force measuring technology must be
pointed out.

1.4 Ban on unauthorised changes and modifications
The load pin must not be modified from a structural or technical safety
point of view or opened without the express permission of tecsis. Any
modifications cancel our liability for any resulting damage.
1.5 Qualified staff
These load pins must only be used by qualified staff in accordance to
the technical data in connection with the safety requirements and regu-
lations mentioned in the following. The legal and safety requirements
for the respective application must also be observed. This also applies
to the use of accessories. Qualified staff are persons who are familiar
with the installation, assembly, start-up and operation of the product
and have the qualifications to carry out their work.
