PROGRAMMING RECORDS - INTRODUCTION

Use the following pages to record details of the relevent data programmed for your system that relates to:

Menu Option 14 - Users

Menu Option 20 - Door Groups

Menu Option 20 - Floor Groups

Menu Option 21 - Holidays

Alarm Groups - For use when programming Users. (Details to be supplied by the Installer)

Timezones - For use in Door Groups & Floor Groups. (Details to be supplied by the Installer)

It is suggested you use pencil to complete these details.
By erasing obsolete entries you can then keep the records up to date and compact.

It may be necessary to make copies of certain record sheets where the number of records exceeds the space allowed.
e.g. If your system uses more than two Door Groups or more than 4 Timezones etc.

It is recommended to keep the User guide and any copies of record sheets together in a safe place, and
ensure that they are always kept up to date.
