REQUEST SERVICE TECHNICIAN:
The display will show:
1-Confirm Request Service Technician
0-Exit, Menu:

Return to the menu.

The
Challenger
panel will send a "Service Requested" message to the Remote Monitoring Station.
DIAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE:
The display will show:
1-Confirm Dial
0-Exit, Menu:
1 ENTER

Confirm that the Challenger Panel is to dial the management software.
or
0 ENTER

Return to the menu.
or
ENTER

Return to the menu.
DIAL TEMPORARY MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE:
This option allows a temporary telephone number to be programmed and dialled by the system .
The display will show:
"*"-Pause, Phone No:
Ser No:
? ENTER

Enter and display a temporary service telephone number. (Up to 10 digits)
and/or
ENTER
~
Save the displayed telephone number and move to the "Confirm Dial" display.
Proceed as detailed for "Confirm Dial" above.
Note
:
If "Dial Temporary Management Software" is used to make the connection to the remote computer, the
computer operator will not be required to use the Security Password to gain access to the Challenger.
