7.1 - ClEANING

7.2 - GENERAl SERVICING

IMPORTANT

Refer to the instructions of your sprayer

7.2.1 - SPARE PARTS

IMPORTANT

Only use original spare parts and accessories or those prescribed by Tecnoma.

7.2.2 - HYDRAULIC AND SPRAY CIRCUITS

7.2.2.1 Check:

After the first 10 hours of service, then every 50 hours of service

1. Check all of the circuit components for leaks

2. If required, tighten the screw connectors

Each time before use

1. Carry out a visual check of the pipes to look for faults.

2. Modify any zones of friction on the pipes and tubes.

3. Immediately change any used or damaged pipes

COMMENTS

A leak on the hydraulic or spray circuits is often due to:

•

Seals that are missing, damaged or fitted incorrectly,

•

the presence of foreign bodies,

• clamping collars that are not tight.

IMPORTANT

Respect the following criteria for your own safety and to protect the environment!

Change flexible hoses when they have one of the following criteria:

•

Damaged outer sheath through to the lining (e.g.. zones that are rubbing,

•

Fragile outer sheath (formation of cracks on the envelope).

•

Deformations that do not match the natural form of the flexible pipe. either under pressure or

not, or when taut (e.g. separation of layers, formation of blisters, crushed points, curving).

• leak zones

•

Failure to respect the assembly specifications.
