If the airlock is engaged, the red light will light up on the compustage. Once the airlock is

engaged, do not push, jam or otherwise force the holder into the compustage.

Select Single Tilt Holder

on the Tecnai User Interface.

14.

There will be a wait time of 6090s while the airlock is evacuated.

15.

Watch out for when the red light turns off and the counter on the User Interface reaches
0s.

16.

Securely turn the RT holder from the 5 o'clock position to the 12 o'clock position and gently

guide the rest of the holder into the column.
