3.1) Using the Touch Screen
You can use your finger to control your phone. The controls on your touch screen
changes depending on the tasks you are performing.
• Touch the buttons, icons or applications to select items or to open applications.
• Touch and hold an item to access available options.
• Slide your finger across the screen to scroll up and down or left to right.
• Touch and drag an item to move it or to perform other operations.
You can also switch the phones screen (such as text input screen, gallery screen)
between portrait and landscape mode by orientating the phone in the upright or
sideways position.
Lock and unlocking the screen
You can lock the touch screen and the buttons to prevent accidental operations.
When the phone is powered ON, press the Power ON/ OFF button to lock the screen.
The screen will also automatically lock after a period of inactivity.
