EZA11K series
Quick Manual / Basic
2) Explain of Terminal Connection and Panels
EZA11K terminals and Panels are shown in the figure below.
①
LED of Indicator
The LEDs (3 pcs) indicates operating status of EZA2500.
②
RESET :Tactile Switch
The tactile switch functions as alarm clear button when the alarm is activated due to abnormal
occurrence. When this switch is pushed, a command to clear the alarm is sent to the converter
while in alarm state (ALM LED ON).
This switch does not function when converter is not alarm
state.
③
ADDRESS : Rotary Switch
The rotary switch functions as the RS-485 address setting for this converter. It is used to set
the lowest digits (last 4 bits) and DIP SW is used to set the highest digits.

Resetting the control IC (CPU) on the control board cannot be done with this switch.
It is
necessary to restart the control board by applying voltage to either of the high voltage
side and low voltage side, CN pin 16 “24Vi” at 0 V at the same time, and applying voltage
to either one again. However, if voltage is applied to the high voltage side or low voltage
side, voltage application to pin 16 is prohibited. (Refer to the instruction manual p10, 12
for details)
When controlling 14 or less EZAs with one interface of RS485, it is recommended that
DIP switches 6 to 8 are left unchanged from the factory and specified by this switch.
