Charge the 240V battery in Manual CV mode up to 250 V with the charging current 5A.
Make sure that the power supply, a voltage of 240 V - 400 V and a power of 9A or more,
are connected to the high voltage side of EZA.
On the main screen, start up as follows.
①
Click on the "Main" tab in a state where it can communicate with EZA.
②
Turn on the radio buttons of "Other driving" and "Battery CC", respectively,
surrounded by the red line in the above figure.
③
Click the “Battery CV”.
※
EZA starts and the fan starts rotating. EZA charges the battery with charging
current 5A until it reaches 250 V. When the battery voltage reaches 250 V, EZA
controls the charging current to 0 A.
⑥
Start EZA and charge the battery.
When EZA11K starts, EZA11K self-consumes about 400 W at
maximum with main circuit and cooling fan. Here we use 250 V × 5 A =
1.25k W electric power for battery charging, so connect a power supply
of 2kW or more with enough margin.
After sending the start command, EZA will increase from 0A to 5A of set current over
9-16 seconds.
