●Set battery charge current
①
Click on “Other Setting” tab in a state where it can communicate with EZA.
And
click "READ ALL" to read the current parameters of EZA.
②
Write "5"(A) in "Current Limit of Battery" of the area surrounded by the red line in
"[17]Current Limit Parameter", then click "WRITE" .
③
Write "220"(V) in "Under Battery Volts", "260"(V) in "Over Battery Volts" of
"[06]Converter Protection Parameter" area, then click "WRITE" .
④
Click the ”READ” in each area to display the current parameters and confirm that
the value has been written.
※
The charge current (Current Limit of Battery) of the battery is now set to 5A. And
when the battery reaches the target voltage, the EZA controls the charge current to
0A.
In the unlikely event that the battery voltage drops below 220V or above 260V,
EZA will stop and issue an alarm to protect the battery.
The operations up to this point (up to parameter setting) can be performed without
connecting anything on the high voltage side by connecting a battery or a 120 to
300 VDC power supply to the low voltage side.
The Limit of Battery Voltage for Discharge and Battery Under Discharging
Protection settings are not required for charging, but when discharging, be sure to
set the optimal Limit of Battery Voltage for Discharge for your battery to protect the
battery.
