Adjustments and operations
Operations - Important points
• Retighten nuts and bolts before starting using the spreader and after the first day of
operation. Also, check the condition of all pins and cotter pins.
• Carefully observe the lubrication intervals.
• Before filling up the bin, make sure the equipment is properly hitched to the tractor
and coupled to the power take-off.
• Keep the tractor drawbar displaced.
• Make sure the equipment is leveled.
• Make sure there are no foreign objects inside the bin, such as: bag, canvas, stick,
stone, wrench or others.
• Make sure there are no foreign objects in the product used.
• Please keep traveling speed and tractor power take-off speed constantly.
• During work or transportation, do not allow passengers on the tractor/equipment.
NOTE
•
Recommended traveling speed = 6 to 7 km/h.
•
PTO rotation speed = 540 rpm.
• Please keep distance between passes constantly to not compromise the distribution.
• Cardan shaft operating angle = maximum 30°.
•
Never allow people/animals to approach the equipment during operation.
•
Do not approach from the rotating discs during operation. They may offer
a high risk of accident.
• Be careful with the moving parts.
• Do not make any adjustments while the distributor is moving or the
transmission is engaged.
• Never operate without using the safety devices.
