Maintenance

Changing the plates

In order to remove both the plates and the stirrer units, it is required to unscrew the

shaft (A).

To do so, hold the plate (B) with one hand and using an open ended wrench (24 mm),

turn the shaft (A) to remove the plate.

NOTE

•

The thread of the left hand side shaft (equipment viewed from behind) is

opposite, i.e. to remove the shaft (A), it should be turned clockwise (left

thread).

•

The thread of the right hand side is standard (right thread).

•

Do not exchange plates.
