Adjustments and operations
Procedures and calculation for flow rate adjustment being the equipment
stopped (Recommended procedure)
To make it easier to adjust the DCA 1200, please refer to the tables provided herein.
Most common seeds and fertilizers are listed in such tables, however flow rate adjustment
may be required based on different product formula, granulometry and density utilized in
relation to such tables.
Being the DCA 1200 hitched to the tractor, please follow the next steps:
1 - Remove the stirrers (A);
2 - Remove the spreader plates (check the 'changing the plates' page);
3 - Assemble the stirrers (A) back again without the plates (see figure below);
4 - Fill half of the bin;
5 - Level the DCA 1200;
