FINAL ASSEMBLY:  
 

1. Trial fit the horizontal stabilizers to the fuselage using the short and long 
Aluminum pins.  
 

  

 

 
 
2. With the fuselage in the jig and the fin checked to be square with the work 
surface as per Fuselage assy. step 6, insert the stabs into the fuselage. 
 

                

 

 
 
3. Check the distance from the tips of both stabs to the work surface. They are to 
be identical. 

If they are not, make corrections in the holes in the fuselage or 

stabs to acquire proper alignment

.

 

DO NOT GLUE STABS in place AT THIS 

TIME.

 

 
4. Check the stab incidence and insure that it is 0 degrees and the stabs should 
match up to the molded faces of the fuselage. Be sure BOTH stabs are indetical.
