3. Locate the Flap hinges. Note that 3 are required for each flap, (1 w/ horn 2 
w/o). Very carefully cut a slot into the wing skin at the 3) location marks already 
provided.  The Horn Hinge is to be aligned wit the Servo output arm. 
 

 

  

 

 
 
 
 
4.With the flap still taped to the wing, mark the location of the rear portion of the 
flap hinge and proceed to cut slots for these as well. When the forward and rear 
slots have been cut trial fit all hinges.   
 

  
 
5. When satisfied with fit and alignment, glue into place with 15 Min. epoxy. 
Wipe off any excess with lacquer thinner or alcohol
