19. Drill thru the cover into the wings at the 4) corners with 

# 23 drill

remove and drill COVERS ONLY w/ 

# 33 drill

20. Using a Dremel, recess the holes.  
 

 

 
This completes the Wing assy.   Set aside until final assy.   
 
 
 

HORIZONTAL STAILIZER / ELEVATORS: 

 

1. Remove the flashing from the ends of the stabilizers to allow for the elevators 
to fit into and rotate properly. 
 
2. Locate the elevator hinges and trial fit the elevators to the stabilizers. 

DO NOT 

GLUE INOT PLACE 

at this time. 

 
3. Proceed to install the servos and hinges in the same manner as you did for the 
Ailerons. NOTE: Cut 1/8” off the screws supplied with the servo trays to prevent 
them from penetrating thru the skin surfaces.
